UPDATE: 2/1/2022

THE WEBSITE IS BACK UP. 

Sorry for the inconvenience we had a hardware/software that failed and had to resort to an older backup.
Everyone that still has a  working account to sapphire wasn't affected. Service should have been working as normal for the last of our existing customers. 

The ticket system is back up for those who need support. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response as I am a one man show now and working hard to keep existing customers up and running. 

If your service has stopped, make sure to check the expiration date of your subscription by going into the invoice section to see why your account has stopped. 

We are still getting emails from people wanting to sign-up for our service.
WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING NEW CUSTOMERS. 

If you are a customer that still has service, consider yourself lucky as NO NEW ACCOUNTS are allowed. If you cancel your service, it will be cancelled FOREVER.
